Cooper's journey to motherhood wasn't always easy

After being diagnosed with HPV at 20, Cooper feared the virus could impact her fertility. Telling Kaplan everything, he offered unwavering support throughout her treatment and subsequent testing.

Now 31, Cooper and 42-year-old Kaplan are preparing to welcome their first child together. Just last week, the couple walked the YouTube TV Upfront red carpet, with Cooper concealing her pregnancy in a structured blazer and suit pants.
